Varaduz Honey is harvested from the Altiplano region of Mexico. The Varaduz, or Palo Dulce, is a tree of the Fabaceae family, which is a legume adapted to dry or semi-desert climates. Its small white flowers with a sweet aroma attracts many happy bees.
