Varaduz Honey is harvested from the Altiplano region of Mexico. The Varaduz, or Palo Dulce, is a tree of the Fabaceae family, which is a legume adapted to dry or semi-desert climates. Its small white flowers with a sweet aroma attracts many happy bees.

Color Range: The color range of this gourmet honey ranges from extra white to white.
Aroma: This light honey has a slightly floral aroma from presentation, through tasting all the way to the finish.
