Allulose
Allulose, also known as D-psicose, is a low-calorie monosaccharide sugar that has the taste and texture of sucrose but with 90% less calories. It is classified as a rare sugar as it is naturally present in only a few foods including figs, raisins, wheat, molasses, and jackfruit. It has a similar taste and texture to table sugar and is about 70% as sweet as sugar.
Allulose has the same chemical formula as fructose but is arranged differently which, interestingly enough, prevents your body from processing it the same way it processes fructose. This means Allulose doesn't appear to raise blood sugar or insulin levels, and provides about 1/10th the calories of regular sugar. This makes it a very attractive all-natural sweetener for those with diabetes. We can provide Allulose in either liquid or powder form depending upon your needs.

Packaging & Shipping Options
Our dry Allulose powder is packaged in 20 kg (44 lb) (net weight) polyethylene lined bags or cartons while our liquid Allulose is packaged in 60 lb pails, 650 lb drums, and 2,800 lb totes. Pallets of the dry powder are stacked five bags per layer and eight layers per pallet (1,760 lbs net) and the liquid is stacked 36 pails per pallet, 4 drums per pallet, and 1 tote per pallet. We can deliver our Allulose in individual units, combined on a pallet, in a half truckload (8 pallets), or in a full truckload (FTL) (16 pallets). Please let us know how you need to receive it.
